1° ORDERING :
- How can I order products ?

You can then continue your purchase if you wish to, or if you are done click on proceed to order, and follow the instructions.

If you wish to retrieve one product from your basket, click on my shopping basket, your selection will appear on the screen, you can then retrieve the article by clicking on the dustbin, you can then either continue your purchase or proceed with your order.
- After how long a time will my order be sent ?
The orders are all handed over to the COLISSIMO service of LA POSTE (the French postal service) within 48 hours or less following the sending of the e-mail order confirmation.
You will simultaneously receive an e-mail indicating the expedition number which will allow you to follow the transportation of your parcel on the site www.laposte.fr/colissimo
- How is payment carried out ?
You can pay with your Bank Debit Card, a Visa Debit Card, a Mastercard.
The payment is entirely secure thanks to the online payment system of our partner, bank HSBC. Your bank data only travels on the internet under an encrypted form, which means it is coded in a way which makes it totally unintelligible.
Moreover, it is only treated by the bank HSBC and is never in the possession of webmenshirts.com. Thus when you enter your card number to pay for your purchase on webmenshirts.com, in reality you are transmitting it to the bank HSBC and not to webmenshirts.com.
Technical precisions :
The securing system employed by our partner the bank HSBC is based on the SSL (secure socket layer) encrypting system with 128 bits. Encrypting is entirely handled by SIPS ("Service Internet de Paiement Sécurisé", an online secure payment service run by the company Athos). This payment system is the most widely used is France for internet payments.

The COLISSIMO service of LA POSTE commits to hand your order over to you in exchange for a signature within the following times :
- Metropolitan France : 48 Hours (working days)
- Other destinations : from 7 to 10 days depending on destination
What happens if I am not home when my parcel is delivered ?
Your order will be delivered to the address specified on your order form. If you are not present at the time of delivery, a non-delivery notice will be left in your mailbox, inviting you to go to the post office specified on the notice. You will then be able to collect your parcel at the post office if you bring the non-delivery notice and a piece of identification.
SHIPMENT FEES :
The shipment fees are calculated depending on your address of delivery and are added to the price of your shopping basket.
Shipment fees add up to 7,20 € per order to be delivered in Metropolitan France
Shipment fees add up to 15,90 € per order to be delivered in the DOM TOM
Shipment fees add up to 15,90 € per order to be delivered in a country of the EEC.
We will not charge the shipment fees :
- if your order amounts to more than 70 € and is to be delivered in Metropolitan France (mainland France)
- if your order amounts to more than 100 € and is to be delivered in the French overseas departments and territories (DOM-TOM)
- if your order amounts to more than 100 € and is to be delivered in any other European country.
3° PRODUCTS :
What is the quality level of the products offered on the website ?
webmenshirts.com teams select the products we offer with the greatest care, directly at the partner manufacturer's facilities. Before selecting our shirts we carry out tests of washing, ironing, and wearing comfort.
All items delivered to you have been subject to a meticulous quality control. However if the quality of an item does not satisfy you, you are allowed a cancellation period of seven days during which you can return it to us. See General Selling Terms and Conditions clauses 8.1 to 8.4.
What are the reception times of products ?
All the products offered by webmenshirts.com are available in stock (except if mentioned otherwise) in order to guarantee the best quality of our service and an immediate delivery.
All our orders are sent within 48 hours or less (working days).

5° RETURNS AND REIMBURSEMENT
How can I return an item ?
It is ever so simple, just contact our customer service by e-mail to customerservice@webmenshirts.com so as to be given a return number.
You must give us your name and address, as well as your bill number.
Return the item in its original packaging. Provided paragraph 8 of the general selling terms and conditions is respected, webmenshirts.com will carry out the total reimbursement of your purchase, shipment fees included, by re-crediting your bank account within 7 days after receiving the return parcel. The return expenses will remain yours to pay.
How much time do I have to return an item ?
In accordance with the regulations addressing online sale you are granted a time of 7 days to return the products you have purchased without having to justify this return. The item should simply be unused and in its original packaging. Don't forget to contact our customer service by e-mail to customerservice@webmenshirts.com so as to be given a return number.
How will I be reimbursed ?
webmenshirts.com will reimburse you by re-crediting directly your bank account.
How long will it take to be reimbursed ?
Webmenshirts.com will carry out the total reimbursement of your purchase, shipment fees included, by re-crediting your bank account within 7 days after receiving the return parcel (whereas the legal reimbursement time is 30 days). The return expenses will remain yours to pay.

7° Mentoring scheme :
How can I become someone's mentor ?
You can become the mentor of your friends who have never yet ordered items at webmenshirts.com, and thus receive a 10.00 € bank check. Click on mentoring scheme, then type the e-mail address of your friends, they will receive an e-mail informing them that you are willing to be their mentor. You may invite as many friends as you wish and receive a 10.00 € check for each mentoring.
How does it work ?
As soon as one of your mentorees who is not a customer of webmenshirts.com yet carries out his first purchase amounting to more than 50.00 €, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, and then receive a 10.00 € bank check by mail.
What happens if one of my mentorees returns his order?
You are definitely entitled to the mentoring check as soon as your mentoree has maintained his order amounting to more than 50.00 €.
How does the mentoring scheme work for the mentoree ?
Your mentoree will receive an e-mail telling him that you are willing to become his mentor in discovering the webmenshirts.com website. Warning : webmenshirts.com allows customers to be the mentor of several people, but only the mentoree of one person. Thus only people who have never ordered on webmenshirts.com before can be invited via this mentoring scheme.
