Just look through our online catalogue, organised in sections: smart shirts, close-fitting shirts, accessories, etc… or use the search engine. Choose the articles that you wish to buy by clicking on “add to basket”. You can then carry on buying if you want to.
When you have finished, click on “order” and follow the guide.

Your choice appears on the screen and you can delete an item by clicking on the dustbin, you can then continue to buy or make your order.

All orders are sent by the COLISSIMO service run by LA POSTE within 48 hours of our email sent to you to confirm the order.

All orders made before midday (from Monday to Friday) are processed and sent on the same day.

At the same time, you’ll receive an email showing the delivery number enabling you to follow the delivery process of your order directly in your customer area.

Log in (enter your email address e.g.: durand@orange.fr, and your password) and you’ll be able to track your order.

If you have a promotional code you can use it by entering it in the promotional code to the right-hand side of your basket, then click on “validate your code” and the special offer will be directly applied to the amount of your basket.

Payment is fully secure thanks to online payment system of our partner, the HSBC bank.
Your banking data circulate on the Internet in encoded form i.e. they are coded in order to make them completely illegible.

Furthermore, they are only processed by the HSBC bank and are never in the possession of ChemiseWeb.com. Indeed, when you enter your bank card number to pay for your orders on ChemiseWeb.com, in actual fact you are forwarding them to HSBC and not to ChemiseWeb.com.

Technical information :
The security system used by our partner HSBC is based on the 128-byte SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encoding system. The encoding process is entirely dealt with by SIPS (Secure Internet Payment Services by Athos). This payment solution is the most widely used in France for Internet payments.

Your banker’s card will only be debited after your order has been shipped within 48 hours of confirming it.
