Deliveries

How long do deliveries take?

The COLISSIMO service of LA POSTE guarantees delivery (with signature), within the following
- Metropolitan Franc : 48 H (working days)
- Other destinations: from 3 to 10 days, according to destination

When will my order be expedited?

At Webmenshirts, all orders received from Monday through Friday, before 12 noon, are expedited the same day. We send you an order confirmation by email as soon as your order is in the postal network.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order in real-time by entering your client account online and clicking on Track my orders.

Who is in charge of deliveries?

All orders are delivered exclusively through the COLISSIMO service of LA POSTE within 48 H maximum following our confirmation email.

How can I know where my parcel is?

Once your parcel is expedited, you will receive confirmation by email. To track the status of your order, connect to your account, click on Past orders and you can follow your parcel in real-time,up through it’s delivery.

What happens if I am not at home?

Your order will be delivered at the address indicated when you order. If you are absent at the time of delivery, a notice will be left in your postbox indicating at which postal office you will find your parcel.
You must show the notice with some form of identification in order to recuperate your parcel.

How much are the delivery fees?

Delivery charges are calculated according to the delivery address and are added to your basket.
Delivery charges for metropolitan France: 7,20 € per order.
Delivery charges for the DOM-TOM: 15,90 € per order.
Delivery charges for EEC countries: 15,90 € per order.

When are charges waived?

Delivery charges are waived:
- For deliveries in metropolitan France, if your order is over 70 €.
- For deliveries in the DOM-TOM, if your order is over 100 €.
- For deliveries to other EEC countries, if your order is over 100 €.
