It couldn’t be simpler! You must first obtain a ’Return request’ directly online.

- Click on My account and login.
- Go to My purchases.
- Click on Return request.
- Fill in the Return request form and Submit
- You will receive a Return Number by email.
- Print the email with the Return Number and place it inside the package you want to return.
- Returned items must be in their original packaging and must be intact.
Subject to compliance with the Terms and Conditions paragraph 8, Webmenshirts.com will fully refund the amount of your purchase including the delivery charges, by re-crediting your bank card within seven days of receiving the return parcel. Charges for returning the parcel are at your cost.

It is possible to make an exchange. Click on My account, login, go to My purchases, then click on Returns or Exchanges.
Check the box ‘I would like to make an exchange’ and type in the reference and choose the size.

Upon receipt of the returned items, we verify availability of the requested size and send you your replacement order (free delivery charges).
In the event that the item is no longer available in the requested size, we will refund you and send you a refund notification by email.

You have 7 days to return an item, without any particular justification, according to the current regulation on mail-order sales. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Webmenshirts will reimburse you by directly re-crediting your bank card.

Webmenshirts reimburses your purchase including delivery charges, by re-crediting your bank card within 7 days upon receipt of returned items. The delivery charges for returning the items are at your cost. (The legal limit is set at 30 days).
