Any order made to webmenshirts.com, which only sells online to individuals on the European territory, is subject to the present general conditions of sale. The latter only concern physical persons and as such, respect the dispositions of the French Code de la Consommation concerning e-commerce.

webmenshirts.com grants itself the right to modify the present selling terms and conditions. Article 11 below specifies the date of enforcement of the version currently in effect.

2.1 – The client's validation of an orderis subject to his or her acceptance of the present terms and conditions of selling and shownprices, as well as the acceptance of the products, as long as those conform totheir description on the website.

2.2 – webmenshirts.com grants itself theright to cancel or refuse any order from a client with whom a dispute over thepayment of a previous order subsists, or whom the company considers to presentany form of risk whatsoever.

2.3 – The itemsoffered by webmenshirts.com are available in stock. The acceptance of your pre-payment confirms that the item you havechosen is available.

2.4 – As soon as your payment is validated,you will receive an order confirmation on the e-mail address you havespecified.

2.5 -Supposing by accident an item is not available, you will immediately beinformed by e-mail. You will have the choice whether to modify your order orcancel it. In the latter case, your bank account will immediately bere-credited with the sum paid for the item.

3.1 – The currency used for the pricesshown on our website is the Euro. Prices include all taxes, and do not includeshipment fees.

3.2 – No « tax free » sellingis possible, whatever the territory of destination.

3.3 – The shipment fees (fixed accordingto the country of destination and displayed on the order form before itsvalidation) are added to the products' prices and are charged according to thissum.

3.4 - webmenshirts.comwill not charge the shipment fees :

• if your order amounts to more than 70 € and is to be delivered in Metropolitan France (mainland France)
• if your order amounts to more than 100 € and is to be delivered in the French overseas departments and territories (DOM-TOM)
• if your order amounts to more than 100 € and is to be delivered in any other European country.
  

4.1 Payment is made online on our partner bank HSBC'ssecure website ELYS NET SSL 128 bits.

4.2 The bill is to be paid immediately via a debitcard, Visa or Mastercard.

4.3Payment will only be cashed after verification of the availability in stock ofthe ordered item and sending of the order confirmation.

6.1 - The orders are all handed over to the COLISSIMO service of LA POSTE (the French postal service) within 48 hours or less following the sending of the e-mail order confirmation.

6.2 - You will simultaneously receive an e-mail indicating the expedition number which will allow you to follow the transportation of your parcel on the website www.laposte.fr/colissimo

6.3 – The COLISSIMO service of LA POSTE is committed to handing your order over to you in exchange for a signature within the following times :

- Metropolitan France : 48 Hours (working days)
- Other destinations : from 7 to 10 days depending on destination

7.1 – Your order will be delivered to theaddress specified on your order form. If you are not present at the time ofdelivery, your parcel will be held at your disposal at the post officespecified on the non-delivery notice left at the address of delivery.

7.2 – The client should :

- check that the parcel is in good condition beforesigning the delivery note,
- on discovering some damage or a missing item, express the appropriatereservations by recording them on the delivery note,
- inform us about the dispute via postal mail, fax or e-mail within 24 hours,and send us a copy of the delivery note on which the observations are recorded,so that we can carry out the replacement of the damaged or missing items, assoon as the client's observations are confirmed by the services of LA POSTE.

8.1 – In accordance with article L 122-15of the French code of consumption, you are allowed a cancellation period of 7days during which you can return products without having to specify a motivefor this return.

8.2 – webmenshirts.com will only take backproducts returned with their purchase bill, in perfect condition and in theiroriginal packaging.

8.3 – Provided the two conditions aboveare respected, webmenshirts.com will carry out the total reimbursement of yourpurchase, shipment fees included, by re-crediting your bank account within 7days after receiving the return parcel. The return expenses will remain yours topay.

8.4 – So as to optimise the handling ofreturns, we recommend that you contact our customer service by sending ane-mail to the address customerservice@webmenshirts.com in order to obtain, on simple demand, a returnnumber.

9.1 – Please do not hesitate to contactour « customer service » whose contact information is stated in thepreamble, if you need help in any circumstance. In particular, this servicewill treat all possible reclamation or protest with goodwill, so as to offeryou a satisfying solution.

9.2 – However should no amicable solutionable to satisfy both parties be found, the litigation concerning theinterpretation or enforcement of the present terms and conditions of sale willbe submitted to the only competent jurisdiction, the Bobigny Tribunal deCommerce.

10.1 – Our company guarantees a totalconfidentiality of your personal data, which is exclusively used within ourcompany and in any case transferred or given away to a third party.
