Your loyalty is really rewarded!

For every 10€ spent, you obtain 0,5 loyalty points. Each loyalty point represents a 1% reduction on your future purchases (not including delivery charges)* up to 300€ total purchase, or 15% off.

Example: for 70€ of purchases, you earn 3,5 loyalty points.

* Please note : within a 10€ bracket, rounding off rules apply. Example: for 104€, you earn 5 loyalty points (rounded off to 100€). Reduction coupons are edited with one digit after decimal per 0,5 bracket. The maximum reduction is fixed at 15% (equivalent to 300€ of purchases).

How can I know the balance of my loyalty points

How can I use my loyalty points?
You have the choice of accumulating them or using them immediately.
To use them, go to My account > My loyalty points, a promotional code will be attributed to you online. Enter the code in the Promotional code field when you place your next order.

For how long are my loyalty points valid?
Your loyalty points are valid for one year, on all items present on the website, including items on promotion.

What items generate loyalty points?
All items purchased generate loyalty points.

Is there a maximum for use of loyalty points?
The maximum is 300 € of purchases, with 15% off.

Once I reach the maximum, what happens?
The 15% promotional coupon is automatically sent to you via email.
The balance remains on your account.

What occurs if I return items?
In the case of an exchange, you keep the loyalty points you have earned.
In the event of a refund, the loyalty points earned, corresponding to the amount of your refund, will be deducted from your account.

May I use my loyalty points and another promotional code together?
No. You may not use the reduction coupon at the same time as another promotional code.

1. Scope of application
Any order made to Webmenshirts.com, which sells exclusively online to individuals on the European territory, is subject to the present general conditions of sale. The latter only concern physical persons and as such, follow the provisions of the French Consumer Code concerning e-commerce.

Webmenshirts.com grants itself the right to modify the present selling terms and conditions. Article 11 below specifies the date of application of the version currently in effect.



2. Ordering - Validation
2.1 - The customer’s validation of an order is subject to his or her acceptance of the present terms and conditions of selling and prices shown, as well as the acceptance of the products, as long as these match their descriptions on the website.
You declare having read and understood the present terms and conditions before placing your order. The validation of your order implies acceptance of theses terms and conditions.

2.2 - Webmenshirts.com reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom a dispute over the payment of a previous order subsists, or whom the company considers to present any form of risk whatsoever.
Webmenshirts.com is a retailer and does not have the vocation to sell important quantities of its products. Consequently, Webmenshirts.com reserves the right to refuse any orders for 10 identical items and over.

3. Availabilty
3.3 - Webmenshirts.com product offerings and prices are valid within the limits of available stock, excluding promotional offers mentionned as such on the website. Acceptance of your pre-payment confirms the availability of the selected item.
3.4 - As soon as your payment is validated,you will receive an order confirmation at the email address you have specified.
In the event that an item is no longer available after you have placed your order, you will be informed by email. You will then have the choice of modifying your order or cancelling it;, in the latter case, your bank account will not be debited. For information, your bank card is only debited on the date of dispatch.

4. Price & invoicing
4.1 - The currency used for the prices shown on our website is the Euro. Prices include all taxes, excluding shipment costs.
For all items dispatched outside the European Union, prices will be automatically calculated tax-free and indicated as such on the invoice. Customs and excise taxes, as well as other local and/or state taxes may be due. These duties and taxes are not Webmenshirts responsibility, neither in terms of statements nor payments. They will be at your expense and are entirely your responsibility, both in terms of statements and payments to the necessary authorities and / or bodies of your country. We advise you to check with your local authorities.
Webmenshirts.com reserves the right to modify it’s prices at any time. However, items will be billed on the basis of prices indicated at the time you validate your order.
Items remain the property of Webmenshirts.com until their complete payment.

4.2 - Webmenshirts.com does not have the vocation to sell to trade professionals.

4.3 - Tax free sales are possible only for Switzerland; not possible for any other destination.

4.4 - Shipment fees (fixed according to the country of destination and displayed on the order form before its validation) are added to the products' prices and are charged according to thissum.

4.5 - Webmenshirts.com does not charge shipment fees:
• If your order amounts to more than 70 € and is to be delivered in Metropolitan France (mainland France)
• If your order amounts to more than 100 € and is to be delivered in the French Overseas Departments and Territories (Dom-Tom)
• If your order amounts to more than 100 € and is to be delivered in any other European country.


5. Payment / Security

6. Delivery
6.1 - Orders are all handled by the Colissimo Service of La Poste (the French postal service) within 48 hours or less, following the sending of the order confirmation email.

6.2 - You will simultaneously receive an email indicating the expedition number which will allow you to track your parcel on the website www.laposte.fr/colissimo

6.3 - The Colissimo Service of La Poste is committed to handing your order over to you, in exchange for a signature, within the following times:
- Metropolitan France: 48 hours (working days)
- other destinations: from 7 to 10 days depending on destination

Webmenshirts.com cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays due to La Poste.

7. Receipt of delivery
7.1 – Your order will be delivered to the address specified on your order form, at the latest, at the date indicated on the payment page before you validate your order.
When you order several items at the same time, and these items heve different delivery dates, the delivery date indicated on the order is the latest of these dates.

If you are not present at the time of delivery, your parcel will be held at your disposal at the post office specified on the non-delivery notice left at the address of delivery.
In the event of a misstyped address, a missing address or failure to withdraw the parcel, Webmenshirts.com is not responsible and the the order is returned to us. Your order can be re-expedited at your cost.
If you do not contact Webmenshirts.com within 60 days, the order is cancelled and Webmenshirts retains all sums paid.

7.2 - The customer should:
• check that the parcel is in good condition before signing the delivery note,
• on discovering some damage or a missing item, express the appropriate reservations by recording them on the delivery note,
• inform us about the dispute via postal mail, fax or email within 24 hours,and send us a copy of the delivery note on which the observations are recorded,so that we can carry out the replacement of the damaged or missing items, as soon as the customer's observations are confirmed by the services of La Poste.
• In the event of a complaint concerning the delivery carried out by Colissimo, contact the Complaints Service of Colissimo.

8. Cancellation period
8.1 - In accordance with article l 122-15 of the French Consumer Code, you are allowed a cancellation period of 7days during which you can return products without having to specify a motive for this return.

8.2 - Webmenshirts.com will only take back products returned with their invoice, in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

8.3 - Provided the two conditions above are respected, Webmenshirts.com will carry out the total reimbursement of your purchase, shipment fees included, by re-crediting your bank account within 7days after receiving the return parcel. The return expenses will remain at your cost.

8.4 - So as to optimise the handling of returns, we recommend that you contact our customer service by sending an email to customerservice@webmenshirts.com in order to obtain, upon simple request, a return number.

Conformity of products :
We guarantee the reimbursement or replacement of any defective items, damaged items or items not corresponding to your order.
It is your responsibility to inform Webmenshirts.com of any problem encountered, within 7 days of receipt of the items.
After verification, and if necessary, Webmenshirts.com will exchange item(s) or reimburse sums paid.
These provisions do not prevent you from benefiting from the withdrawal right defined in article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code.

9. Disputes and litigation
9.1 - Please do not hesitate to contact our Customer service whose contact information is stated in the preamble, if you need help in any circumstance. In particular, this service will treat all possible reclamations or protests with goodwill, so as to offer you a satisfying solution.

9.2 - However, should no amicable solution able to satisfy both parties be found, the litigation concerning the interpretation or application of the present terms and conditions of sale will be submitted to the only competent jurisdiction, the Bobigny Tribunal de Commerce.

By answering two satisfaction questionnaires which aim to evaluate the quality of the service offered to you throughout your online shopping experience, you can inform us about your personal experience and share it with other internet users on the FIA-NET website.

These questionnaires may be sent to you via email by FIA-NET or Webmenshirts, or appear as pop-ups after your purchase. The data collected through this survey is subject to an automatic data processing of which FIA-NET Plc. is in charge.
